By this application, the petitioners challenge the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration.

2. Heard Shri Kholkar, learned Counsel for the petitioners.

3. Sufficient cause is made out. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) & (c) subject to condition that all office objections should be removed within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the order passed by the Registry dated 21st February, 2014 shall stand restored.
