Mr. Agni, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to file an appeal against the impugned order before the District Court, as provided by sub section 2 of section 451 of the Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012 and having regard to the valuation as on the date of the passing of the impugned order.

2. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with no order as to costs.

3. If the petitioner files an appeal before the learned District Judge within two weeks from today, the District Judge shall have
