For the order that we propose to make by recording the statement of Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate, the service of notice on Respondent No.5 does not appear to be necessary. 2.

The Petitioner's grievance is that his complaints to the Administrator of Comunidade dated 27.08.2021 and 23.11.2021 are not yet disposed of.

Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, states that these complaints will be disposed of within five months from today. He states that the Petitioner as well as Respondent Nos. 4 19th October 2022

913-WP 483-22.DOC and 5 will be granted an opportunity of hearing and the Administrator of Comunidade will communicate his decision to the parties. 4.

Thus, by recording Mr. Salkar's statement and directing the Administrator to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition. 5.

We make it clear that we have not examined the merits of the complaints because we think that all such issues should be examined in the first instance by the Administrator. Therefore, all contentions of all parties on merits are left open for decision by the Administrator. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order for costs.
