Mr. Munj, the learned Additional Government Advocate, who appears for respondent no.1 makes a statement that respondent no.1 will dispose of on its own merits and in accordance with law, the application for intervention made by the petitioner in Appeal No.22/2018, pending before him within 30 days from today. Needless to

wp no.607 of 2019 add that such disposal will have to be by afford of opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner as well as respondent no.2, who are the parties to the said appeal.

Accepting the aforesaid statement this petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adverted to the merits of the matter and, therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open for the decision by the respondent no.1. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
