REGISTRAR'S ORDER The Notices were issued to respondent nos. 1(b) & 1(c). As per the bailiff report dated 24.09.2018, it reveals that the respondent nos. 1(b) presently works at Panaji and resides in Margao and further informs that the respondent no. 1(c) also resides in Margao. As the respondent nos. 1(b) & 1(c) were not found on their address, the bailiff returned the notices unserved.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that the respondent nos. 1(b) & 1(c) are keeping away themselves to avoid the service of notices. She further submits that the address known are the last known addresses to them. The application is supported by an affidavit. It reveals that the notices to the said respondents will not be served by ordinary mode. Issue notices to the respondent nos. 1(b) & 1(c) by substituted service by publication of notice in the daily local newspaper widely circulated in the State of Goa. Accordingly, applicant to pay the necessary process fees, collect the notice for publication and after publication, applicant shall file affidavit of service.
