This is a petition for early hearing on the ground that the applicants are old aged. Therefore, it is prayed to fix the matter for final hearing. It is also prayed to dispense with the paper book. This is second appeal and in absence of paper book, it will be difficult to hear the argument. The petitioner is directed to deposit the paper book charges and then apply for early hearing. Hence at present this petition is disposed of.
