Mr Lotlikar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would be presently satisfied if the Deputy Collector, who is concerned with illegal conversion cases is directed to dispose of the petitioner's complaint.

2. The learned Advocate General has placed on record a checklist submitted by the Talathi of Pernem on 03.07.2019, in connection with the property which is the subject matter of this petition. The learned Advocate General states that the concerned Deputy Collector will dispose of this checklist/Talathi's report/Mamlatdar's report in accordance with law within three months from today by complying 31st October, 2023

WP 707 of 2023 with the principles of natural justice and fair play.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to apply to the Deputy Collector for an opportunity of hearing. The learned Advocate General states that if such an application is made hearing will be granted to the petitioner and the respondent nos.5 and 6 before any orders are made on the complaint.
