2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 276 days in filing the Revision Application.

3. On perusal of the averments made in the application, it is contended that somewhere in the year 2014, the applicant suffered a major accident and was hospitalized and as such the applicant lost his memory. In such circumstances, as the averments are supported by an affidavit, the delay stands condoned without prejudice to the objections, if any, of the respondents.
