Mr. Diniz, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on basis of instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue Civil Suit Nos.48 of 2013 and 17 of 2018 filed before the District Court, South Goa, Margao.

2. Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of all parties are kept open for determination in the said Civil Suits.
