Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The petition came to be disposed off by an order dated 21st March, 2016, whereby directions were issued to permit the concerned Authorities - respondent nos.2 and 3 to hold site inspection in connection with the alleged irregularities communicated by the respondent no.6. It is not in dispute that such inspection was carried out and it is pointed out by the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents no.2 and 3 that based on such inspection report, a show cause notice has already been issued which is likely to be disposed off within another 10 days. In such circumstances,

MCA/635/2016 without going into the objections raised by the respondent no.6 with regard to the maintainability of the above application, the question of issuing any further direction in the above application would not arise as the learned Additional Government Advocate has pointed out that the show cause notice has already been issued which is expected to be disposed of within 10 days from today.
