2. This is an application to declare and pay adhoc dividends to facilitate the disbursement of the amount to the individual workmen whose claims have been partly adjudicated.
3. In such circumstances, the Official Liquidator is permitted to declare the dividends as prayed for and publish them in the local news paper in terms of prayer clause (b).
4. The Official Liquidator is also permitted to open a separate account in the Punjab National Bank subject to further Orders of this Court.
