Bhobe submits that there are in total six legal heirs to deceased appellant. However, Legal heirs 1(a) and 1(b) gave signature on Wakalatnama and accordingly Wakalatnama is filed. However, legal heirs 1(c) to 1(f) are residing Abroad and therefore they be added as respondent nos. 5 to 8.

2) Application is allowed. It is allowed to carry out amendment, as prayed. Legal heirs 1(c) to 1(f) of appellant no.1 be added as respondent nos. 5 to 8, as prayed. Accordingly, Misc. Civil Appln. is disposed of.
