2. She submits that respondent nos.1,5 and 14 could not be served on the address mentioned in the cause title though they were duly served on the same address in the trial Court. It is submitted that respondent nos.1,5 and 14 are deliberately avoiding service and therefore, applicants seek to serve them by publication as per Order V Rule 20(1A) of CPC.

3. Permission is granted to serve respondent nos.1,5 and 14 by publication.
