In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, inter alia, is seeking a direction to the Village Panchayat Anjuna Caisua to issue challan/ required documents so as to enable him to pay/deposit the requisite fees payable for the construction license. 3.

Admittedly, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the construction license has been issued to the Petitioner, which is produced before us. The same is taken on record. 4.

In view of the aforesaid construction license issued to the Petitioner on 23.12.2024, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive for consideration. Needless to say that if the Petitioner is aggrieved by any of the conditions of the construction license, it would be open to the Petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him in law.
