2. This is an application for condonation of delay to bring the LRs. of the deceased respondent No.3(c) on record. The concerned respondent expired after the decree came to be passed by the learned Lower Appellate Court.

3. Hence, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay which stand uncontroverted, the delay stands condoned. The LRs. of

MCA/578/2015 the deceased respondent No.3(c) are ordered to be brought on record. The amendment to be carried out with one week.
