Heard Shri C. A. Ferreira, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Datta Lawande, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2.

During the course of the hearing of the above Petition, Mr. Lawande, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2, pointed out that in view of the facts which were brought to the notice of the concerned authorities after the impugned Order was passed, the Respondent no. 2 shall consider the representation dated 11.07.2017 filed by the Petitioner at annexure 'G' within four weeks on its own merits and in accordance with law.

3. In view of the said statement of the learned Advocate General, we find that nothing else survives in the above Petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

4. Needless to say, all the contentions of the parties are left open.
