1. There is no case made out for review of the impugned order dated 25.07.2024. There is no error apparent on the face of the record pleaded in the application. What the Applicant seeks to do, is to supply fresh reasons as to why there was a delay in filing the original review application, which is impermissible. The review application will have to stand on the basis of the original facts pleaded in the original review application/application for condonation of delay and cannot seek to add new reasons to justify the delay. In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed with no order as to costs. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
