This is an application presented on behalf of the Deputy Collector/SDO, Margao seeking extension of time of 24 weeks for

2 MCA880-18dt.19.11.2018 complying the directions issued by this Court on 2 August 2016 in respect of disposal of the proceedings. It appears that by an order dated 11 April 2018, time was extended by 12 weeks for disposal of the pending proceedings at the request of the applicant.

Considering the contentions raised in the application as well as on perusal of the proceeding sheets, time is extended by 12 weeks. It is clarified that no further extension shall be granted. 3.
