This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 28 by name Pradeep who expired on 5.8.2024.

2. Mr Dhargalkar submits that the widow of respondent no. 28 is already on record as respondent no. 29. He submits that other legal heirs are children as disclosed in paragraph no.4 which needs to be 8th August, 2024

MCA 336 of 2024 brought on record.

3. Accordingly, application stands allowed. Legal heirs as mentioned in paragraph no. 4 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment of the cause title to be carried out forthwith.

4. The application stands disposed of.
