By this application, the applicants pray that certain photographs may be permitted to be brought on record and be considered during the hearing of second appeal. In the second appeal it is not possible to permit the party to produce additional evidence. The matter will have to be considered on the material produced before the Courts below and the findings of facts arrived at. The civil application cannot be entertained and is accordingly rejected.
