This is an application seeking amendment of the Writ Petition, in order to add certain additional paragraphs, in order to raise an alternative submission on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

We have perused the proposed amendment. The petition is admittedly at pre-admission stage. Although, the learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.4 has opposed grant of such an amendment, we are of the opinion that the addition of the paragraphs by way of an amendment can be permitted as they are germane to the issue raised in the petition.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. 4.

The respondents may file their additional replies in view of the aforesaid amendment of the Writ Petition. 5.
