Heard Shri Diniz, the learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Prabhudessai, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos.1 and 3.

2. This is an application for impleadment of three Cooperative Societies as respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 and for amendment to incorporate para 8A in the petition.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Government Advocate for the respondents and

MCA/551/2018 considering the fact that the petition is yet to be admitted, the proposed amendment is allowed as prayed.

The amendment/impleadment to be carried out forthwith. The learned counsel for the petitioner to serve a copy of the amended petition on the learned Addl. Government Advocate.

4. The learned Addl. Government Advocate states that he is appearing only for respondent nos.1 and 3. In such circumstances, issue notice to the respondent nos.2, 4, 5 and 6 returnable on 19/7/2018. Notice to indicate that the petition could be taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. Humdast allowed.
