After the above Petition was argued for some time, in light of the provisions of Section 391 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner does not press the above Writ Petition. He, however, requested that the Trial Court be directed to decide the Maintenance Application filed by the Petitioner in a time bound manner since the Petitioner has not been paid any maintenance whatsoever since the year 2016.

2. According to me, the request made by the Petitioner-wife is a reasonable one. In these circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to decide the Maintenance Application of the Petitioner-wife after taking the additional documents on record sought to be relied upon by the husband and decide the same within a period of six weeks from today.

3. Both the parties are also allowed to produce any further or other documents in support of their case before the Trial Court. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

4. In light of the disposal of the above Writ Petition and the Order passed today, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition Nos. 903/2022(F) and 15 of 2022 and the same are disposed of accordingly.
