This is an application for confirmation of the Decree of dissolution of marriage passed by the Personal Status Court at Dubai. The first respondent/husband is served. However, the first respondent has chosen not to appear although served. A perusal of the English translation of the Decree dated 17/12/2015 shows that the parties have dissolved their marriage. In such circumstances the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and is disposed off.
