This is an application for discharge of the bank guarantee, furnished by the applicant. It is undisputed that First Appeal No. 32/1997 and others were decided by this Court against which, there were batch of Civil Appeals filed, including Civil Appeal No. 7870/2009, before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The said Civil Appeal has also been decided.

2. Shri Pangam, the learned Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, has no objection for releasing and discharging of the bank guarantee.

3. In that view of the matter, the bank guarantee of the UCO Bank, furnished by the applicant before this Court, is hereby discharged as prayed.
