2. By consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of as under: ORDER:

(i) The impugned order is hereby modified.

(ii) There shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application Exhibit D-3 pending disposal of the application for temporary injunction.

(iii) The learned Trial Court shall decide the application for temporary injunction within a period of one month from the receipt of this order.
