Heard Shri Sahish Mahambrey, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

2. Mr. Mahambrey, learned Counsel, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the letter dated 01.02.2016 purporting the mandate of the Arbitrator appointed by this Court.

3. In view of the withdrawal of such letter, the premise on which the above application has been filed, no longer survives.

4. Learned Counsel however pointed out that the proceedings before the Arbitrator may be expedited.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Arbitrator is

AAR/13/2016 requested to expedite the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
