Heard Shri Rodrigues, the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time.

2. The petitioner, who is the respondent before the learned Administrative Tribunal in Mundkar Revision Application No. 14/2017 is challenging two orders passed by the Administrative Tribunal. By the first order dated 5/3/2018, the Administrative Tribunal has called for Records and Proceedings of the lower Court and by the second order dated 29/6/2018, an adjournment is granted to the respondent ( petitioner before the Administrative Tribunal).

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner repeatedly adjournments are granted by the Administrative Tribunal and the impugned order dated 29/6/2018 does not show that there were any valid grounds for grant of an adjournment.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the orders passed, I do not find that any case for entertaining this petition is made out. However, the learned Administrative Tribunal shall decide the Revision application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the receipt hereof.
