The learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that on account of some error in computation of the amount the file could not be processed and was returned back. She submits that now the computation has been corrected and the amount would be deposited positively within a period of two weeks.

2 MCA 855 17 & 5 2018 The statement is accepted. Two weeks time is granted to the respondent/State to deposit the amount before this Court.

2. Shri Rodrigues the learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the event the amount is realized, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the same. The learned Addl. Government Advocate has no objection for the same. In such circumstances, in the event the amount is deposited/realized, the office shall permit the applicant to withdraw the amount. The civil application is disposed off.
