Farad note dated 17.8.2024 shows that vide application dated 16.8.2024, the applicant placed on record a deposit of Rs.50,000/-. Delay in depositing such amount as per order dated 22.7.2024 is condoned. Registry to accept such deposit, in compliance with the order of this Court. Accordingly, order dated 22.7.2024 is complied with. Application for suspension of sentence is therefore disposed of. CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICAITON NO. 13 OF 2023. Ms C. Collasso, appears for the applicant. She submits that she is paying Rs.10,000/- today as part payment and shall file schedule of the remaining payment within one week.

Accordingly, both these matters are fixed for further consideration on 3.9.2024.
