State Public Information Officer, vide communication dated 13.11.2018 has informed the petitioner that the copies of Monthly Bills/Invoices, copies of Incentives Bills and the copies of Measurement Books are ready and can be furnished to him, subject to the petitioner paying the prescribed charges. The prescribed charges have also been stated in the communication dated 13.11.2018.

The petitioner states that within a period of one week from today he will pay the necessary charges referred to in a communication dated 13.11.2018.

The petitioner then states that he has not been furnished the details of year-wise payments made to the Reliance Infrastructure Limited for the period between 1998 to 2013. Mr. Faldessai states that the information, which the petitioner seeks is, in fact, available in the copies referred to in the communication dated 13.11.2018. However, without prejudice, on instructions, he states that even this information will be supplied to the petitioner within a period of ten days from today, subject, no doubt, to the petitioner paying the requisite charges.

This statement is accepted.

The petitioner states that there is no further grievance which is surviving.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
