1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. After hearing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that a fresh application for amendment of the original application would be moved before the Rent Controller within three weeks to implead the legal representatives of the original deceased tenant Valentino Vaz, the proprietor of Mr. Baker 1922, who was the original tenant of the suit property. He further submits, on instructions, that the present petition would be withdrawn and that leave may be granted to move the said application before the Rent Controller.

3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave as prayed for.

4. The Trial Court may decide on the application now to be moved by the Petitioner for impleading the legal representatives of Valentino Vaz on its own merits.
