It is informed that in observance of the order dated 17 October 2018, the Petitioner was permitted to participate in the driving test conducted by the Road Transport Officer and after holding the test by the concerned Officer, the Petitioner has been issued a driving licence.

In view of the issuance of the driving licence as requested by the Petitioner, by the concerned Competent Authority, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed.
