The Writ Petition challenges two orders being orders dated 22/10/2008 passed by the Additional District Judge in Misc/ Civil Appeal No. 85 of 2008 and order dated 11/05/2011 passed by the same Court. It is informed that during the pendency of the Writ Petition the Regular Civil Suit came to be disposed of by the Court on 14/10/2006 by the Civil Judge Junior Division and JMFC. The print out of the case details of the said case i.e. Regular Civil Suit No.0000012 of 2005 is placed on record. It reflects disposal of the

2 233 WP 701 of 2011 said suit on 14/10/2016. In the light of the same nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous, hence disposed of.
