Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2. None appears for the proposed respondent nos.8(a) and 8(b), though served.

2. For reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the application is condoned. The proposed legal representatives of respondent nos.8(a) and 8(b) are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within two weeks.

3. On the amendment being carried out, issue Rule against newly added respondents.
