This is an application for amendment. The application is opposed by the learned Counsel for the Respondents. 3.

Our attention is invited to the order dated 15.07.2024 passed by the Supreme Court. This Court is requested to dispose of the pending matter expeditiously and without any unnecessary delay. 4.

In the interest of justice, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out on or before 29.07.2024. Affidavit in reply to the amended petition be filed within a period of four weeks.
