The Tribunal has granted compensation of Rs.24,94,700/- alongwith interest at the rate of 8% per annum, from the filing of the petition, till realisation. Out of the said amount, Rs.12,47,350/- alongwith interest at the rate of 8% per annum, as aforesaid has been directed to be paid to the applicant no. 1 and the remaining amount of Rs.12,47,350/- alongwith proportionate interest, is directed to be paid to the applicant nos. 2, 3 and 4 in equal proportion.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions from the applicant no. 1, states that at present the applicant no. 1, out of the share of the applicant no. 1, wants an amount of Rs.8

MCA/615/2018 lakhs, for the purpose of the education of her daughter, for which, the learned Counsel for the respondent no. 3-Insurance Company has no objection.

3. In such circumstances, the application is partly allowed. The office shall permit the applicant no. 1 to withdraw an amount of Rs.8 lakhs, which shall be from out of the share of compensation of the applicant no. 1. The remaining amount shall continue to be invested in the Nationalised Bank.

4. The Civil Application is disposed of.
