2. Limited prayer sought in this application is to transfer complaint /proceedings initiated by the applicant which is currently pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class " C" Court at Panaji to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Margao. Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the complaint is at pre-cognizance stage and since the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Margao, proceedings need to be transferred to the said Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, proceedings in Labour Case No.1/2022/C pending before Judicial Magistrate, First Class "C" Court at Panaji is transferred to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Margao. 23rd August, 2023
