2. The learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall deposit the amount of the award within six weeks from today.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, there shall be interim stay of the impugned award, on condition of the applicant depositing the entire amount of award along with interest before this Court within six weeks from today. In the event the deposit is not made, the interim stay shall stand vacated automatically, without reference to the Court.
