Shri Desai, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions with regard to the status of the application to be filed before the Reserve Bank of India in pursuance to the order of this Court.

2. It is apparent that despite sufficient opportunity the petitioner has not been able to obtain the said information from the Reserve Bank of India. In view thereof and in view of the order dated 26/02/2015 and the subsequent order dated 04/05/2017, the petitioner is not entitled to any relief in the matter.

3. In view thereof, the petition is bound to fail and is
