The petitioners are praying for issuance of directions to the respondent/ police authority to investigate into the First Information Report caused by them on 9.6.2018 which has been registered as FIR No.183/2018 for the commission of the offences punishable under Sections 420, 463, 467, 468 & 471 read with Section 34 of IPC. It is not necessary to go into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioners as well as the allegations levelled in the FIR. This petition can be disposed of by recording the statement made by the learned Public

WPCR/133/2018 Prosecutor on instructions from the Investigating Officer personally present in the Court that the investigation in respect of the allegations levelled in the FIR would be made and appropriate report would be submitted to the concerned Magistrate on conclusion of the investigation in accordance with Section 173 of Cr.P.C. Investigation be concluded expeditiously and final report shall also be filed.
