Heard, Mr. Bhobe, the learned counsel for the appellant, Ms. Vidhati Shetye, the learned counsel for the respondent NO.2 and Mr. Padiyar, the learned counsel for the respondent No.4.

2. For the reasons which are relevant for condonation of delay would also be relevant and material while dealing with the revision application, challenging the order of the Registrar. For the reasons recorded while dealing with the application for condonation of delay, the revision application is allowed. The impugned order dated 25 August 2011, is hereby set aside. The First Appeal No.59 of 2007 is restored to file, subject to the condition that the appellant shall deposit the paper book charges within one week from today. The deposit of the paper book charges is a condition precedent.
