Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. It is submitted that in an appeal filed by Respondent No.3, a stay has been granted. Respondent No.3 has unauthorisedly constructed in the property. The Appeal is not being heard by Respondent No.1.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that now the Appeal is scheduled for hearing in April 2023. This Appeal was filed on 7/7/2021.

In the light of that, Respondent No.1 shall endeavour to 22/02/23

7-WP-563-22.DOC decide the Appeal, on its own merits, after hearing the parties concerned, expeditiously. The parties shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the Appeal.
