This is an application for early hearing of the Second Appeal on the ground that applicant no.1/original respondent no.1 is a senior citizen, about 60 years of age.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondents/original appellants has no objection.

3. There are several appeals pending on the file of this Court wherein either of the parties are senior citizens. Hearing is expedited.

4. However, registry is directed to give preference to the older matters of senior citizens and accordingly place the instant matter at the appropriate date.
