1. This is an application for the appointment of Respondent No.3 as the legal guardian of the newly added Respondents No.4(b) and 4(c), who are reported to be minors.

2. From the statement made in the application, it appears that there is no interest adverse to the claim of the minor Respondents No.4(b) and 4(c).

3. The application is allowed. The cause title be amended appropriately to record that Respondent No.3 has been appointed as the guardian of the minor Respondents i.e. Respondents No.4(b) and 17th October, 2023
