2. This is an application for withdrawal of 50% of amount of compensation. The applicants are the legal representatives of the deceased Vassant Gaude, who died in an accident, in respect of which the respondents have deposited an amount of Rs.10,65,119/-. The applicants are the widow and three children of the deceased. All the children have attained majority.

3. The challenge in the appeal principally appears on the basis

MCA/725/2019 of quantum of compensation.

4. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- subject to the usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

5. Application stands disposed off.
