The learned counsel for the parties state that both the parties have settled the matter amicably and agreed for the compromise terms 25th September 2021

4 CRIR 63 of 2015.doc which are reduced in writing. The compromise terms duly signed by the applicant, respondent and their respective Advocates are taken on record.

Perusal of the compromise terms, it appears that the same are reasonable. Accordingly, the compromise terms are accepted and Revision Application is disposed of in terms of the compromise terms. Registry to act accordingly in terms of the compromise terms arrived at between the parties and permit the Respondent to withdraw the amount together with interest, if any, that may have accrued thereon upon the Respondent filing an application for withdrawal of the amount.
