The petition is filed for a very limited relief. The petitioners pray for a direction to the District Court for considering an appeal filed by the respondents and to decide the appeal expeditiously. 2.

A direction to decide the appeal expeditiously would be for the benefit of both the parties. Hence, the concerned Court is directed to take up the Misc. Civil Appeal No.29 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible and to dispose of the same in any case within eight weeks from today.
