2. It is stated that the amount of fine to the extent of Rs.1,00,000/- was deposited before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa and now, the applicant is ready to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before this Court, within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the averments made in the application, the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant is suspended, subject to deposit of an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, before this Court, within a period of two weeks.
