Heard Shri Zeller De Souza, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Shri A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondent nos. 2 and 3.

2. During the course of the hearing of the above Petition, Shri A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondent nos. 2 and 3, has pointed out that the Respondents are in the process of issuing the requisite notifications whereby the grievances of the Petitioners would be redressed.

3. In such circumstances, we find that there is no reason to keep the

WP/611/2015 above Petition pending. Petition stands accordingly disposed of.

4. Liberty to the Petitioner, to apply.
